• Supporting partners on complex, high-value commercial litigation matters.
• Working closely with clients across a range of sectors including SMEs and individuals.
• Conducting legal research and preparing high-quality advice and documentation.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and client relationship management.
• Collaborating with a well-regarded litigation team in Manchester.

The Role:

• Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes
• Advising on boundary disputes, lease issues, and property-related disagreements
• Managing property damage claims from instruction through to resolution
• Supporting partners on complex, high-value commercial litigation matters
• Working closely with clients across a range of sectors including SMEs and individuals

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation
• Strong experience handling a range of property disputes
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation matters
• Excellent research skills and familiarity with legal resources
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware, proactive, and driven
• Confident building and maintaining strong client relationships
