You will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, manage your own caseload, and collaborate across national and international teams to deliver commercially focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong contentious experience across a broad range of disputes.
• Experience in insolvency is beneficial but not essential.
• Confident managing your own caseload independently.
• Commercially minded with strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and effective when dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes and commercial claims.
• Handling disputes across litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
• Working on public law disputes, professional negligence, injunctions and reputation management issues.
• Supporting on contentious insolvency matters and cross-border disputes.
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Assisting partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice.
• Collaborating with national and international teams across the firm.
