Our client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice are looking to recruit into their property disputes team, with the appointment of a senior lawyer.

The Team

The firm has a large and comprehensive commercial litigation practice, with solicitors supporting clients of all sizes with all aspects of disputes. The commercial property disputes team advise on a range of matters, which include possession & eviction proceedings; boundary disputes; construction disputes; party wall disputes, basement extensions; extending leases or buying freeholds; and landlord & tenant disputes.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you should be a senior associate and experienced across the whole spectrum of property litigation to include the areas listed above.

You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.
