The role involves leading a busy litigation group, developing business through networking and referrals, and overseeing more junior members.

The firm has offices in the North and South-West, handles Lease extensions, Dilapidations, and a wide range of ADR work for national and international clients, with hybrid working on offer.

Qualifications

• Senior level track record in property litigation with strong referral network.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.

Our Client is a top tier rated property practice who are looking to add an experienced property litigation partner to their London team.

The firm also have offices in the North and the South-West and are renowned for their property and commercial litigation experience.

The firm currently work with a wide range of national and international clients and specialise in Lease extentions , Dilapidations, Residential/Commercial property disputes and a wide range of ADR work. This opportunity will suit someone with experience from a City or recognised regional firm who has built up a strong referral network and utilise a portable client following.

You will be representing the firm in networking/ and all areas of business development and you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the more junior members of the litigation team
