AJ Chambers is seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join their disputes team as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will work on a range of property litigation matters, particularly landlord and tenant, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in property litigation.
• Experience handling defended service charge, ground rent, and possession matters.
• Strong client communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and supervise junior team members.
• Handle defended service charge, ground rent, and possession matters for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on breach of covenant and landlord/tenant issues.
• Ensure court deadlines are met with high-quality case management.
• Assess claims and advise clients on defences and counterclaims.
• Deliver training and support the professional development of junior staff.
• Maintain client updates and contribute to business development.
