AJ Chambers, a top-tier growing law firm in Central London, is seeking a Property Litigation Associate to join their team. The role involves day-to-day caseload management, supporting partners on complex matters, and direct client interaction to manage expectations and deadlines.

You will supervise junior staff, including paralegals, and handle deadlines across multiple cases while contributing to marketing and client training initiatives. A strong focus on detail and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in property litigation.
• Civil Litigation Practice Rights for CILEx lawyers.
• Experience running own files and caseload.
• Ability to supervise junior staff, including paralegals.
• IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

• Responsible for the day to day running of a caseload;
• Supporting the partners on large and more complex matters;
• Interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines;
• Supervision of junior staff, including paralegals;
• Efficiently manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of cases at any one time;
• To be interested and involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner;
• To prepare and present training to clients.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in property litigation
• CILEx Lawyers must have Civil Litigation Practice Rights
• Knowledge of running own files and caseload
• Ability to supervise junior staff, including paralegals
