AJ Chambers, a top-tier growing law firm in Central London, is seeking a Property Litigation Associate to join their team. The role involves day-to-day caseload management, supporting partners on complex matters, and direct client interaction to manage expectations and deadlines.

You will supervise junior staff, including paralegals, and handle deadlines across multiple cases while contributing to marketing and client training initiatives. A strong focus on detail and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in property litigation.
• Civil Litigation Practice Rights for CILEx lawyers.
• Experience running own files and caseload.
• Ability to supervise junior staff, including paralegals.
• IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a caseload.
• Support partners on larger, more complex matters.
• Interact directly with clients, manage expectations and deadlines.
• Supervision of junior staff, including paralegals.
• Manage deadlines across varied cases with multiple priorities.
• Assist in marketing and business development in a client-focused way.
• Prepare and present training to clients.
