Job summary

AJ Chambers is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm as it continues to grow its highly regarded Property Litigation team in Hertfordshire.

You will manage your own varied caseload with a high level of autonomy, advising a broad client base across a wide range of contentious property matters, including freehold and leasehold disputes, lease renewals, rent arrears, forfeiture and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases efficiently and ensuring compliance with court and tribunal deadlines
• Assessing claims and advising clients on the merits of claims, defences, and counterclaims
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
• Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter
• Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice
