Job summary

Hamptons in Blackheath is seeking an experienced Lister / Associate to join our busy estate agency. You will generate new business, nurture client relationships and work closely with colleagues to maximise opportunities while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Competitive salary with commission, car or car allowance, and award-winning training are on offer to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy estate agency or sales environment.
• Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and minimise risk.
• Self-motivated and able to inspire those around you.
• Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full and clean UK driver`s licence.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to all employees
• Educating the team in the generation of new business.
• Achieving your own personal objectives and targets that have been set.
• Understanding the departmental profit and loss account in order to assist the office in a pro-active manner.
• Ensuring that all internal audit standards are maintained.
• Assisting the Manager with enhancing the brand with external customers.

Experience & Skills Required:
