Hamptons are looking for an experienced Property Lister to join our Caterham team. A great step for a sales professional, with development and benefits on offer. You’ll start as a Property Lister and be supported to advance your career in estate agency.

Responsibilities of an Property Lister:

• Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to all employees
• Educating the team in the generation of new business.
• Achieving your own personal objectives and targets that have been set.
• Understanding the departmental profit and loss account in order to assist the office in a proactive manner.
• Ensuring that all internal audit standards are maintained.
• Assisting the Manager with enhancing the brand with external customers.
• Developing strong relationships with your colleagues and customers. Identifying opportunities to work with and referring business to other departments/divisions.

Skills required to be a successful Property Lister:

• Ideally have experience in a busy estate agency or sales environment
