Qualifications

• Experience in a busy estate agency or sales environment.
• Commercially astute with strong customer focus.
• Self-motivated and able to inspire those around you.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Full and clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to all employees.
• Educating the team in the generation of new business.
• Achieving personal objectives and targets set.
• Understanding the departmental profit and loss to assist the office proactively.
• Maintaining internal audit standards.
• Assisting the Manager with enhancing the brand with external customers.
• Developing strong relationships with colleagues and customers and referring business to other departments.
