Job summary

Hamptons in Blackheath is seeking an experienced Lister / Associate to join our busy estate agency. You will generate new business, nurture client relationships and work closely with colleagues to maximise opportunities while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Competitive salary with commission, car or car allowance, and award-winning training are on offer to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy estate agency or sales environment.
• Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and minimise risk.
• Self-motivated and able to inspire those around you.
• Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full and clean UK driver`s licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the business strategy is communicated to all employees.
• Educate the team in generation of new business.
• Achieve personal objectives and targets set.
• Understand the departmental P&L to assist the office pro-actively.
• Maintain internal audit standards.
• Assist the Manager with enhancing the brand with external customers.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers; refer business to other departments.
