Job summary

BCL Legal, working with a leading commercial law firm, seeks a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join the Client Solutions & Innovation team on national property matters from Leeds.

You will shape the knowledge and innovation strategy, lead legal technology projects including generative AI, and develop digital tools and client solutions across the Property Department. This role offers hybrid working and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PQE with strong property law experience.
• Experience of knowledge management, innovation or service improvement projects.
• A keen interest in legal technology and emerging tools, including generative AI.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management, process improvement or change management.
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.

BCL Legal is working with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join its Client Solutions & Innovation team, supporting the Property Department nationally.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to combine their legal expertise with an interest in technology, innovation and knowledge management. The firm is committed to investing in new technologies and improving how legal services are delivered to clients.

The Role
