Property Investment Consultant – Manchester - Up to £30,000 DOE (OTE £80,000)

Are you an experienced property sales consultant or hungry salesperson looking to make some serious commissions in property investment?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing city centre, multi-discipline property group. With an exciting year ahead, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to join a business that will challenge you, challenge the norm, and challenge themselves constantly.

What you will be doing

• Building relationships with investors and homebuyers selling to a rapidly growing database
• Progressing and closing sales
• Selling luxury, new build apartments to investors
• Securing clients the right investment property for their needs and taking pride in your service being second to none

What you will have

• Previous experience in the property investment/buy-to-let market is preferred but not essential
• Experienced sales background with a proven track record
• Highly target-driven with the ability to produce results
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements
