Qualifications
High level of organization with admin and diary management experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Apple/Samsung tablets and/or mobile phones.
Responsibilities
Prepare property condition reports before residents move in.
Carry out inspections and take clear photographs.
Complete all reports and paperwork ensuring compliance.
Arrange check-out appointments liaising with residents.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
