Michael Page is seeking an interim HR professional based in Sheffield to manage day-to-day HR tasks and provide expert guidance to managers and employees within the property sector. This 12-month interim role focuses on delivering compliant HR operations and strategic input to the leadership team.

You will handle employee relations, policy management and recruitment processes while supporting data-driven HR initiatives. The role offers hybrid work and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong HR advisory experience focused on employee relations and policy management.
• Good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of topics.
• Support employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries and performance management.
• Assist with recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new starters.
• Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth.
• Handle HR administration, including contracts, benefits and payroll queries.
