The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a Property Advisor in Bideford to drive lead generation, qualify inquiries and support owners at the start of their journey. This 12 month fixed term contract role requires a commercially minded individual with strong communication and pipeline management skills.

You will assess properties for quality and commercial viability, convert opportunities into appointments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent owner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercially focused role (sales, lettings, holiday property or similar).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence managing a pipeline and working towards targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable using systems and digital tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
• Nice to have mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of the holiday let market or property appraisal.

Responsabilités

• Qualify inbound enquiries and identify viable letting opportunities.
• Produce preliminary property appraisals and suitability assessments.
• Communicate with owners, partners and internal teams to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Assess properties for quality, location, market fit and commercial viability.
• Support the conversion of qualified opportunities into appointments and sign-ups.
• Collaborate with New Business Managers to ensure a seamless handover for appointments.
• Represent Travel Chapter as an ambassador for our brand and B Corp ethos.
