Create incredible holiday experiences from the very first conversation.
At Travel Chapter, we’re proud to be a B Corp and a people-first business. Our Owner Onboarding and Property Recruitment teams play a crucial role in shaping the holiday homes we bring into our portfolio, ensuring the properties we choose and the relationships we build create unforgettable stays for our guests.
We’re now looking for a Property Advisor to join the team. This is a commercially focused, fast-paced role where you’ll qualify new enquiries, generate new business and support owners at the very start of their journey with us. You’ll also contribute to team knowledge, support new starters where appropriate and play an active role in improving how we work.
This role would suit someone who combines strong commercial instinct with excellent communication skills. If you’re motivated, curious and results-driven, and enjoy balancing pace with attention to detail, you’ll thrive here.
This role is based in our Bideford office and operates on a rota across Monday to Sunday.
Shifts typically start at either 09:00 or 12:30 between Monday and Saturday, with Sunday shifts set at 10:00 to 18:30.
Rotas are usually planned well in advance to support work-life balance, although some flexibility is required as shifts may change due to business needs. We aim to provide two consecutive days off where possible and avoid more than five working days in a row.
Ready to start your next chapter? We’d love to hear from you.
