FirstPort, the UK’s leading residential property service provider, is seeking a Service Charge Accountant in New Milton. You will deliver year-end accounts to residents, handle transactions to ensure smooth processes, and resolve account issues while maintaining high service standards.

You will liaise with auditors and contribute to team productivity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is internally titled Scheme Accountant and requires aiming for professional accounting

Competenze

• You are currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA or CIMA).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting environment.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Customer focused and able to collaborate in a fast-paced team.
• Role is titled Scheme Accountant internally.

Mansioni

• Deliver year end accounts to residents in a timely fashion.
• Carry out necessary transactions to ensure a smooth accounting process.
• Resolve issues on accounts and deliver quality service to customers/clients.
