The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, with the ability to handle large data sets and deliver accurate financial insights within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of service charge accounting and financial reporting.

• Manage and oversee service charge accounts for residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare budgeting, reconciliation and reporting for service charge accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Support Operations to understand Service Charge Finance and improve processes.
• Maintain clear communications with line manager and wider business.
