Job summary

OA Group advertises a Property Finance Broker role in Northamptonshire. Hours are 37.5 per week (Mon–Fri). The salary is £26,000 per annum plus commission. You will qualify leads, handle inbound enquiries, and contact businesses to present solutions while developing a strong pipeline and hitting KPI targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably with a finance-brokering background, excellent communication, customer-service focus, and a drive to succeed. Driver essential.
