Job summary

Regional Recruitment in Leicester is seeking a Finance Broker to join a growing brokerage. The role offers hybrid working, a base salary up to £32,000 DOE plus uncapped commission and a full-time permanent contract.

You will develop client relationships, source finance solutions, manage lender interactions and guide applications from enquiry to completion, with progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Broker, Broker or similar B2B sales role.
• Proven sales, business development or account management background.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Confident working towards targets and KPIs.
• Proactive, driven approach to generating new business.
• Excellent organisation to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales and lead generation.
• Identify client requirements and suitable finance solutions.
• Liaise with lenders to source appropriate products and competitive options.
• Manage applications from enquiry to completion and document compliance.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, clients and internal teams.
• Work towards and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

Essential

• Previous experience as a Finance Broker, Broker or within a similar B2B sales environment
• Proven experience within sales, business development or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident working towards targets and financial KPIs
• A proactive and driven approach to generating new business
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively

Desirable

• Previous experience within commercial finance, asset finance, business finance or a similar financial services environment
• Existing knowledge of finance products and lending processes
• Experience working with lenders and managing client applications
