Job summary

Osborne Appointments is seeking a Broker Support professional to join our Northamptonshire-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage client relationships, handle case submissions and progress applications through to completion.

The role emphasizes completing KYC checks, submitting applications to lenders, maintaining a robust client pipeline and achieving individual and team KPIs while delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services or financial sales; property finance experience is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, driven and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Complete client KYC checks and due diligence.
• Prepare, input and submit applications to lenders.

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £28,000 per annum + bonus

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Contract: Permanent

Our client is currently recruiting for a Broker Support professional to join their successful team in on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly developed division, supporting the Brokers and clients throughout the entire finance process, from initial case submission through to completion.

You will take ownership of cases, manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently. Working towards realistic KPIs, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent client experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Your Responsibilities
