You will join a team that processes disposal, property returns, and customer support, while adhering to Data Protection rules; weekend shifts and vetting are required.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence required; you will drive a van.
• Willingness to learn IT systems, including basic MS Word/Excel.
• Physical requirements involve regular lifting and moving of items.
• Proactive, flexible attitude with attention to detail.
• Police vetting is required; must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Collect and safely store items seized by Cleveland Police Officers using the NICHE RMS system; drive a van locally and lift items.
• Look after lost property handed in by the public and contact rightful owners.
• Enter information from interviews into an Excel spreadsheet.
• Answer calls and emails professionally while following Data Protection Act rules.
• Assist Police Officers and public visiting the Property Office with inquiries.
• Follow health and safety rules when handling property.
