G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Property Development Solicitor in Henley-on-Thames to advise on strategic land transactions, development finance, planning and infrastructure matters. You will work within a specialist development team on high-profile projects for developers, landowners and lenders.

• Involvement in development finance and secured lending; oversee joint ventures.

Property Development Solicitor

Salary: £55,000–£75,000

The team handles land acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, promotion and collaboration agreements, consortium structures, overage and development finance, working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused solutions.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Development Solicitor to join an experienced and highly specialist team. You will advise on a broad range of development matters, including:

• Strategic land acquisitions, disposals and site assembly
• Promotion, collaboration and consortium agreements
• Overage, clawback and conditional transactions
• Planning, Section 106, infrastructure and CIL matters
• Easements, covenants and indemnities
• Development finance and secured lending
• Joint ventures and wider development structures
