You will manage a diverse caseload of residential, commercial, and strategic land development matters for an impressive client base, combining high-level legal work with client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with Real Estate Development experience
• Solid track record handling residential and/or commercial development matters
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Responsibilities

• Advising on residential, commercial, mixed-use, and strategic land development schemes
• Managing high-value and complex development transactions from inception to completion
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of transactional and development documentation
• Conducting title investigations, due diligence exercises, lender reporting, and preparing certificates of title
• Managing key client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal advice
• Supporting financial and matter management, including WIP, billing, and client reporting
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives

The Role
