Job summary

G2legal in London is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 8+ years PQE to join a central London firm and work alongside an experienced partner.

You will advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers on the full property lifecycle, from acquisitions to disposals, mortgages and related matters.

The role requires London experience, strong client-facing skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' PQE with a focus on commercial property.
• London-based experience essential and client-facing ability required.
• Desire to contribute to a growing firm and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers across the full property lifecycle.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property and related transactions.
• Assist with leases, asset management, mortgages, and related commercial property matters.

Matters include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• National commercial leases and renewals
• Asset management and investment
• Mortgages and refinancing arrangements
• Options, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCs
• Easements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary matters
• Licences
• Auction sales

About You:

• 8+ years' PQE (guideline)
