The role requires a qualified solicitor with strong technical knowledge across development and planning, a commercial approach, and the ability to manage complex transactions to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in property development.
• Strong technical knowledge across development and planning matters.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client management skills.
• Able to manage complex transactions and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic land acquisitions, disposals and site assembly.
• Counsel on promotion, collaboration and consortium agreements.
• Handle overage, clawback and conditional transactions.
• Advise on planning, Section 106, infrastructure and CIL matters.
• Work on easements, covenants and indemnities.
• Involvement in development finance and secured lending; oversee joint ventures.
