Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to support a major London portfolio encompassing residential, student accommodation and office schemes.

You will coordinate development plans, appraisals and negotiations with developers, authorities and consultants to drive value across the portfolio. A strong track record in planning, project delivery and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience across residential, affordable housing, registered providers, local authority development or consultancy is desirable.
• Good understanding of development appraisals, planning and project delivery.
• RICS or another relevant property qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
