Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking experienced Property Development Managers to support a major London portfolio with a focus on residential development, student accommodation and office schemes.

You will contribute to feasibility studies, business cases and development strategies, while coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to drive successful planning and delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development or development management within a portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of development appraisals, planning and project delivery.
• RICS or equivalent property qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support property development plans, feasibility studies and commercial negotiations.

About You:

• Property development/development management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience across residential, affordable housing, registered providers, local authority development or consultancy is desirable.
• Good understanding of development appraisals, planning and project delivery.
• RICS or another relevant property qualification is desirable but not essential.
