Job summary

ARM in London is seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to support a major portfolio, specializing in residential development alongside student accommodation and office schemes. The role is based in Victoria with hybrid working.

You will lead feasibility studies, business cases and development strategies, manage consultants and contractors, and collaborate with developers, authorities and other stakeholders to deliver planning strategies and capital opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development/development management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience across residential, affordable housing, registered providers, local authority development or consultancy is desirable.
• Good understanding of development appraisals, planning and project delivery.
• RICS or another relevant property qualification is desirable but not essential.
