Job summary

Foxtons Worcester is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants while developing new professional skills. You’ll join a supportive team with comprehensive onboarding and training, with the opportunity to gain ARLA qualification and progress within the business.

From day one you’ll handle tenancy journeys, admin tasks, queries, maintenance coordination, and contractor liaison, with hybrid working after training and clear development paths ahead.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey.
• Support day-to-day administration and coordination of property matters.
• Learn to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed.
• Assist with maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
• Work closely with local Foxtons offices and specialist teams.
• Build knowledge of property processes, systems and legislation.
