Foxtons Worcester is seeking a Property Administrator to deliver top-tier service to landlords and tenants. You will support a portfolio of residential properties, handle day-to-day administration, and learn property processes with full onboarding and ARLA training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training and support provided.
• Customer service and administrative tasks for residential properties.
• Develop knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey.
• Supporting with day-to-day administration and coordination of property matters.
• Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed.
• Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
• Working closely with local offices and specialist teams.
• Building knowledge of property processes and legislation.
