Dexters is seeking a proactive property management coordinator to help drive landlord relationships and contractor performance. You will oversee inductions, approve contractors, and manage ongoing liaison between Dexters and suppliers.

The role requires ARLA/IRPM qualifications and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset is essential in a busy, multi-site environment.

Formación

• Excellent understanding of property management and relevant legislations.
• ARLA and IRPM qualifications are required.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Lead by example and motivate a team toward common goals.
• Ambassador for the company and coach for the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to drive growth and retention of landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
• Check and review contractors in line with CAMS.
• Act as main contact between contractors and Dexters.
• Onboard contractors to Fixflo efficiently and coach on fixes.
• Ensure timely and compliant payment of invoices.
