Job summary

Wales & West Housing is seeking a Property Compliance Coordinator in Cardiff to support the delivery of servicing and compliance activities across our homes. You will coordinate servicing, inspections and testing, keep records up to date and work with residents and contractors to ensure safe, compliant homes.

The role emphasises clear communication, data quality and timely information sharing, with Microsoft 365 tools used daily. DBS checks apply and a supportive team environment is promised.

Qualifications

• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of managing a range of tasks simultaneously.
• Good customer service and clear communication with residents and contractors.
• Knowledge of statutory servicing, inspections and testing.
• Experience coordinating work programmes and keeping records up to date.
• Confident with using Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, inspections and testing across homes.
• Update compliance records and information.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and colleagues to ensure timely, safe work.
• Monitor contractors and ensure work is completed to required standards.
• Use digital systems to plan work and track progress.
