Job summary

TIME Appointments Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Claims Handler to manage a varied caseload from notification through investigation and settlement. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and a commitment to high customer service standards.

You will review policy coverage, assess liability and damages, investigate evidence, and negotiate settlements with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance claims handling is essential.
• Previous property claims experience is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of insurance products, policy coverage and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused, professional and proactive in your approach.
• Confident managing multiple claims and competing priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement.
• Review policy coverage and assess claims, liability and property damage.
