Charters, part of the Lomond Group, is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join the Southampton team. This full-time role offers an OTE up to £29,500 and focuses on building landlord and tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties meet safety standards.

You will manage inspections, keep records, and handle inquiries with empathy, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with ability to build trust.

• Effective problem solver under pressure.
• Experience in lettings or property management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Manage maintenance issues from start to finish and ensure timely repairs.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Handle tenant enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Serve tenancy notices and coordinate rental reviews.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering service.
