A charity organisation is seeking a part-time Property Administrator in Leeds to assist with tenant management and property allocation. You will ensure properties are not vacant, build relationships with partners, and handle necessary administration tasks. Ideal candidates should have prior administrative experience, be organised, and possess a valid UK driving licence.
Role: Property Administrator (Charity Organisation)
Location: LS7
Hours: 4 or 5 days, 30 hours (10am-2pm core hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £25-27K (Full Time Equivalent)
Office Angels are proud to be partnering with one of our fantastic Charity partners to recruit a part time Property Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.
You will be reporting directly to the Property Coordinator and assisting in ensuring that the organisation's residential properties don't stay vacant for too long. You will be building great relationships with referral partners, attending assessment interviews and assisting in the allocation decisions. Not only will you be an amazingly organised administrator, but you will also be compassionate with an empathetic approach to the work you do.
Experience of working within housing/property would be ideal but strong administrators will also be suitable if you're willing to learn more about this amazing industry.
