• Have a proven record of delivering technology programmes.
• Have experience building credible relationships and influencing senior management.
• Strong Project, Stakeholder & Programme management skills.
• Good reporting skills for programs and financial forecasting.
• Adept communication & influencing skills and adaptability to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex technology programmes with multiple business and technical risks impacting Tesco priorities.
• Create and track a plan to deliver programme goals, including the technical implementation plan, and keep colleagues and stakeholders updated.
• Influence engineering and product teams to achieve best value and solution.
• Foresee risks, establish processes, facilitate discussions and manage escalations.
• Understand technical architecture to anticipate dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Apply engineering best practices and practical infrastructure understanding to delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define annual budget requirements.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders to deliver software or professional services and hold them to delivery plans.
• Contribute actively to the TPM community.
