Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Small Works Coordinator to join our West Byfleet team. You will manage small refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, internal teams and clients to ensure delivery on time and to a high standard.

The role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel, experience with CAFM systems, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Familiar with CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.
• Plan work, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
• Ensure accurate asset information in CAFM system.
• Communicate with contractors, internal teams and clients.
