Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking a Small Works Coordinator in West Byfleet. You will manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish, plan work, monitor progress, raise purchase orders, and maintain asset data in the CAFM system.

This role supports military personnel, their families, and the wider community, delivering safe, on-time outcomes. You will coordinate with contractors and internal teams, communicate updates, resolve issues,

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in a busy environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Familiar with CAFM systems and keeping asset records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from start to finish, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate asset information in CAFM.
• Communicate with contractors, colleagues and clients; report on performance and ensure proper processes and documentation.
