Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Manchester is seeking a Project Worker to support people who have experienced homelessness, helping them build independence and reach their potential. You will assess needs, update support plans, and be the first point of contact for customer queries.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
  • Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)

  • (This role is sometimes also referred to as Support Worker, Support Assistant, or Independent Living Assistant).
