Codi Group is seeking a Project Worker to support adults 21+ experiencing homelessness across Cardiff. You will provide housing-related support, help clients build independence, and facilitate recovery-oriented services and workshops.
Based across our Cardiff services, you will liaise with external agencies, promote wellbeing and manage safeguarding and financial awareness, while working as part of a supportive team.
This is a Project Worker role based across our supported housing services in the Cardiff area (Fitzhamon Embankment, Ninian Rd and Newport Road). Working in a team, you will provide specialist support to individuals aged 21+ who are experiencing homelessness and are motivated to address their alcohol and substance use issue. You will provide housing related supported to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives. You will also support our customers in engaging with recovery & treatment services by creating achievable support plans and facilitating appropriate workshops. Other Day to day duties:
