Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited in Bournemouth is seeking a Hostel Worker to support residents experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges. You will deliver person-centred support, help residents set goals, and work as part of a committed team to promote recovery, independence and wellbeing in our supported housing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate support for allocated clients.
• Manage the operation of the hostel during shifts, addressing emerging issues and incidents.
• Provide practical and personal support to clients in an engaging and flexible manner.
• Assist clients in identifying their personal goals and support them in achieving these aims.
• Liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure appropriate support is provided.
• Contribute to the day-to-day management of the hostel, ensuring a safe and positive living environment.
• Complete procedural and administrative tasks in line with policies and legal requirements.
