Job summary

ScottishPower is hiring a Work Project Administrator to support the Transmission Operations Substation Maintenance team. The role covers administration, purchasing and coordinating work programmes, outage planning, reporting and data management.

You'll liaise with engineers, schedulers and suppliers, using SAP and other systems to optimise outages while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project support, coordination or administration role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• General understanding of operations, maintenance or construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transmission Operations Substation Maintenance team with administration, purchasing and work programme coordination.
• Prepare reports and performance data, maintain outage plans and support scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Act as central point of contact for work programmes and outage planning.
• Support Engineers, Team Leaders and Schedulers in developing and maintaining work programmes.
• Assist with outage planning and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain resource plans and coordinate daily and weekly work schedules.
• Use SAP and other systems to identify and maximise outage opportunities.
• Administer work programme controls and departmental processes.
• Manage purchasing requirements and supplier relationships.
• Produce reports, scorecards and other operational documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service.
