The role involves preparing reports and performance data, maintaining outage plans and supporting the scheduling of maintenance activities to help maximise operational efficiency and productivity.Act as a central point of contact for work programmes and outage planningSupport Engineers, Team Leaders and Schedulers in developing and maintaining work programmesAssist with outage planning, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivityMaintain resource plans and coordinate daily and weekly work schedulesUse SAP and other systems to identify and maximise outage opportunitiesAdminister work programme controls and departmental processesManage purchasing requirements and supplier relationshipsProduce reports, scorecards and other operational documentationLiaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliersMaintain high standards of quality, safety and customer serviceWhat You'll BringStrong planning, organisation and coordination skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProven administrative experience in a busy environmentConfidence working with colleagues across different levels of the businessGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsAwareness of health, safety and environmental practicesExperience using business systems and databasesKnowledge of SAP, AIS or Salesforce would be advantageousMinimum CriteriaExperience in a project support, coordination or administration roleProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsGeneral understanding of operations, maintenance or construction activitiesEducated to GCSE level or equivalentRelevant administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment What’s in it for youAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
