Job summary

Adoption England is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the national programmes team in Leeds. You will provide high-quality project, administrative and portfolio support, coordinate meetings, prepare reports and help maintain project systems to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes are delivered.

This role uses hybrid working, with regular time in the workplace and occasional national travel, supporting senior leaders and partners across the adoption sector.

Qualifications

• Experience providing project, programme or administrative support within a complex organisation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage competing priorities.
• Experience preparing reports and using data to support monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
