Job summary

Family Action is recruiting an Adoption Support Worker in West Yorkshire. The role supports adopted adults and birth families, providing intermediary services and reunion support within our adult adoption service across Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire, and North Lincolnshire.

You will liaise with partner agencies, apply knowledge of adoption law and practice, and work as part of a supportive team to deliver the service with flexible working arrangements and regular travel.

Qualifications

• Social worker experience with adoption
• Knowledge of adoption law and practice
• Ability to liaise with partner agencies to deliver services across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire
