Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist the Adult Mental Health Inpatient Redesign Programme. The role focuses on organising the project team, coordinating meetings and maintaining governance and documentation.

You will support action tracking, reporting and stakeholder communications to help deliver complex NHS projects. The post requires strong organisational and administrative skills, and an ability to handle multiple priorities within a busy team.

Qualifications

• Higher National Certificate/Foundation Degree/Diploma/NVQ in relative subject or equivalent experience in an administrative position
• Project management qualification such as Agile/Prince2 or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Team with day-to-day coordination and administration of the Adult Mental Health Inpatient Redesign Programme
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and steering groups with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, take minutes and action logs; maintain logs of actions and decisions
• Assist with monitoring, recording and reporting of project actions, risks, milestones and activities
• Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and briefing papers for the project
• Maintain project records, information systems and document management arrangements
• Help keep project plans and communicate key timescales and milestones
• Support development and maintenance of PM templates, processes and governance
• Assist with project budget monitoring and coordination of invoices
• Act as central point of contact for queries and ensure effective communication across the Project Team
• Liaise with colleagues, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
• Support wider Estates and Facilities project and governance activities as required
