Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Support Officer to help deliver the ‘We Are Well’ wellbeing and inclusion project across Dorset HealthCare and Dorset County Hospital.

This fixed-term role, with potential secondment for NHS staff, involves planning and organising project meetings, maintaining action logs and risk registers, and supporting data collection and evaluation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note and action taking for the We Are Well project delivery group.
• Accurately maintain project documentation including action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and programme trackers, ensuring they are up to date and accessible across both Trusts as required.
• Monitor project plans, timelines and procurement activities under the guidance of the Workforce Wellbeing Lead and support with data collection and evaluation reporting.
